Saw this in some old files and decided to post it for some of the
newcomers:
World's Smallest Social Contract
Since I and my neighbors are too ignorant and irresponsible to run
our own lives and too selfish and insensitive to help our less
fortunate neughbors, I hereby give permission to the politicians to
take as much as they desire of my productivity and the productivity
of my children and grandchildren to run my life for me.
