| strong condemnation of the current Haitian regime. We could also
| include possible non-military solutions to the situation.
Condemning the Haiti regime is important, as anyone who criticizes a war
is often accused of supporting the "other side." In this case, since the
Congressional Black Caucus seems to be the one beating the war drums the
loudest, opposing this was could bring cries of "racism."
