I think this list is a bad way to go. People should not have to detract
themselves from it. Those who want to discuss should add themselves to
it. There are a lot of die-hards on both sides here who might not want
to bother. I suggest you remove everyone and ask people if they want to
join or not. Many people consider (justifiably so) being added to lists
a semi-intrusive act. The last time two disparate groups got cross-posted
to each other there was a massive flame war.
Nice try, but I think you should do it differently (if at all).
