you least expect it. That happened to the people in Tecuci Romania. The
fury of the water has taken away their homes and almost everything they
got. Because of this unfortunate event they are now forced to sleep
under the naked sky. The water has withdrawn but their homes are gone.
The diseases are spreading quickly because it is very hard to dispatch
people in the area, considering that the roads have also been destroyed.
