We're on for Thursday, 10am.
About what information to gather from beta testers: I'd like to take
care of discussion of this issue via email, so that it's out of the way
before Thursday's meeting.
I've taken a first stab at it. Please look at my draft survey and
comment. Keep in mind that if we make it too long, they won't fill it
