One caveat to the multiple db support

In the implementation I did for supporting differing aname and kdc dbm
types, just make sure that you are not including both at the same time.
As far as I can see, no application will require both direct kdb access
and aname db access, so this should be ok.

I think I may have to revisit the dbm testing and when the hash-db is
linked in.  It may need to be included in the USE_KDB5_LIBRARY macro, or
in the WITH_ANAME macro to add the appropriate library to the link line.
