	I don't know if this is a problem or not, but there is no
Kerberos-development related mailing list that isn't open to the
public.  In general, this is probably a good thing.  However, whenever
security-related bugs--failures in Kerberos design or implementation,
or other bugs that compromise security of local systems are found,
there is no list where discussions are appropriate.  In addition,
there is no officially advertised mechanism for people outside MIT to
send sensative bug reports to.

	We should at least think about this.
