CVS moved, krb5 built for all non-SGI platforms

OK, I successfully moved the repository from the krb5 locker
to the krbdev locker Saturday. A compatibility symlink is in place,
but it points to /mit/krbdev *not* AFS. This means that if you forget
to attach the krbdev locker, you will be reminded that you haven't
updated your tree yet.
I will be releasing a short script to update
Repository and/or Root files after I research how remote CVS differs
in the way it keeps track of the repository location from normal CVS,
and make sure I understand what the CVS in krb-tools are doing.
You can naturally always release your tree and check it out
again if you want to update the pointers before I send out the script.
Also, I built krb5 for all platforms excluding the SGIs and
installed the resulting builds in the krb5 locker. Krb524d didn't
build for AIX (to be fixed), and telnetd didn't build for Ultrix (I'm
somewhat confused about the failure mode; looking into it). I have
done a limited amount of sanity checking on these.
Tom's estimates of build space requirements were, with the
exception of Ultrix, at least twice what is required. After I figure
out how big the SGI build is, I'll probably propose giving the quota
back as I don't see us ever needing that much space.
The old CVS repository is still taking up space in krb5; I
want to confirm that everything still works, and get Ted's approval
before removing it. Please don't use the old repository, now called
cvsroot.disabled, as I don't want to have to merge differences between
two parallel CVS trees.
