For CHANGEPW, do you want to explain why the old password is there, since
questions have come up on the list about it?
For MIME, does that mean the server replies with mime headers, a blank
line, and then the as-specified mime text?
I think you should add text that states that proper use of the LANGUAGE
command (almost always?) requires use/support of the MIME command. Very
few languages other then English (and my second language, Igpag Atinlay :-)
can fit in netascii.
I still think the MOTD command fits in better as an extension to the
get initial ticket KRB protocol.
