Well, I for one have no idea what was supposed to go in the README
file.... the directory contains the sources to the Kerberos portion of the
"Athena Technical Plan". I don't think it's been updated since
Professor Saltzer stopped being the technical directory of Project
Athena. Certainly most of the scribe files haven't been modified since
1988.
