Getting V5 srcs in Europe

	Hello,
	I've ftped the README file from /pub/kerberos5. It seems that
the DES library tar-file is separated from the the kerberos5 sources
tar-file. My question is: for non US people, can i ftp the
"krb5.src.tar" file to Europe???
