Kerberos on PS/2

I've built most of Kerberos on the PS/2 running AIX 1.2.1 (this is a mostly
ANSI + POSIX environment).  The sample client works. I had to clean up a few
uses of flock().  All calls to flock should be conditional on
!POSIX_FILE_LOCKS.
