there's a new flag to the matching routines in the ccaches: KRB5_TC_MATCH_2ND_TKT which means the ccache must have the exact same ticket in the 2nd ticket field. This is useful, e.g. if you have a ticket cached for a user who replaces his TGT; you'd use the cached ticket unless you byte-compare the 2nd ticket.
