0. next meeting. Several attendees had to leave right after we broke
the meeting, so a time wasn't scheduled. However, I'd like to try for
next Thursday (14 Feb 1991), @3:30 in E40-316. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT,
please e-mail me and let me know.
1. status reports:
jtkohl: paper for EurOpen has been sent in. copies available
upon request.
latest telnet ANSI-fied and integrated.
tytso: in the midst of doing API return-value stuff we agreed
upon previously
slave server (kprop/kpropd) done.
jon: busy with Athena/IS merger stuff
jfc: [was at a research project meeting, regarding work to
finish degree requirements]
2. Security Dynamics
They talked a bit about what their new product architecture is,
and wanted some feedback on how Kerberos v5 would fit into their scheme;
we gave them some, and gave them a copy of draft 4 of the spec.
** John will follow up with Jeff Schiller/lawyers about alpha
test agreement, and send them the telnet authentication/encryption
drafts with a tape.
