After reading don's document on how to build my own realm, I was able to
(finally) get one built on my SPARC. It looks like things have changed
a bit since don wrote that (surprise surprise). Anyhow, I have a shell
script called
/mit/prb/kdc
which in theory will do everything for you if you just set a few variables
up front. We might want to include something like this in the release to
help people get a test version of kerberos up and running.
Please send me comments if something is wrong/missing in the script.
(I already know the inetd.conf line is wrong for athena, but it is right
for a lot of other systems)
