They are.  But "const krb5_pointer" means a krb5_pointer object that
is const; in other words, "void * const".  (Pointer to const and const
pointer are not the same; one declares the pointer itself
unmodifiable, the other declares the storage pointed to unmodifiable.)
Unless krb5_pointer is a macro, of course; last time I looked it was a
typedef.
