I've been meaning to suggest this for months and keep
forgetting. It has been suggested that instead of suppling a
program called login.krb5.c (or whatever) with the kerberos
distribution to show people how to kerberize login, that we
instead include a set of diffs (or a few sets of diffs). Since
no one really uses the standard login anyway, this would
probably be more useful because it would be easier to work with
as a starting place for people who want to add kerberos to their
own logins...
