I don't think so. I'm using:
Cray Standard C Version 6.0.0.0 10/28/97 15:05:16
And my only flags are -g, -c, -D, and -I.
Also ... where the heck is ndbm.h on your Unicos system???
lib/otp/otp_locl.h needs it.
