   Is there any truth in the rumer that you , opened the distribution of
   the software to europe?

No, we have not opened the MIT distribution site of Kerberos to Europe.
It is the responsibility of the people contemplating export of the
Kerberos software to get any export licenses which may be required from
the U.S. Government.  We have not to date sought to obtain such a
license, although of course others are free to do so.
