   A couple of questions:
   1) Is Kerberos readily available in Australia or do we have to get
   special permission from the US government (yuk!)?
   2) If it is available in Australia, could you please provide a list of
   companies/people in Australia, (or in Perth in particular) who I can get
   in contact with.

The eBones implementation is a Kerberos V4 implementaiton which was done
outside the United States (in the free world), and would presumably be
available in Australia.  Check out your favorite web search engine to
find an eBones distribution.... (it's freely available).
