I'm in California right now, so I don't have the data handy, but we
did do explicit testing of encrypted rlogin (for example) where we ran
a server here and the Swiss developers connected to it... as I recall,
that was something we specifically asked the lawyers about. When I
get back I'll try and dig up the original opinion; I'll find out for
sure if we can just share it with you, but I can certainly point out
specific examples (since this covered the work that *I* was personally
doing...)
