Note that this message is only to krbdev, not to assar@sics.se.
I'm not sure it is legal for us even to discuss his non-US krb5
implementation with him, as it might be considered assistance. If
that's the case, he probably deserves an official reply saying that we
aren't being rude, we just can't talk to him. :-)
