After the form is completed, a connection to bozo.mit.edu:9999 is
attempted. Unfortunately, port 9999 is inactive. Please help.
I was going to say, "please contact your network administrator and tell
them to let outgoing tcp traffic to port 9999", but then I checked and
the http server on bozo:9999 was actually down. Ooops. It's been fixed
now.
Please try again now, and if you're still having troubles and have a
firewall in place at your site, you might want to check to see if that's
the problem.
