I'm trying to download KV5; however, I am failing trying to connect to
the server - I'm wondering if my firewall is blocking an identification
routine you're using to ensure that my domain is registered within the
U.S. Is this true or was your server simply down?
It's working just fine for me now, and as far as I know it hasn't been
down all day. What sort of error are you getting? Is it just a failure
to connect? If so, that's probably a firewall issue on your end. If
you get a message on your web broswer stating something on the lines of
"based on your responses we can't get you access", or something like
that, send us the full particulars and we can help you debug that.
