   Hello,
I'm a Canadian Citizen living in Montreal,
After 1.filling out the kerberos form
		   2.getting the mailed password
3.going back to the page for Canadian citizen

I was still unable to get through. If this is
a bug of your authenticaion software, please
let me know if it's fixed.

(I even tried the page for U.S. citizens afterwards,
	   but still, couldn't)

Looking at the logs, it looks like you entered your e-mail address as
the "password" on kerberos-form.html, instead of the 4 or 5 digit
numeric password that you should have gotten via e-mail. Was that the
problem, perhaps?
