I've tried twice now to get Kerberos from the server web.mit.edu
and bozo.mit.edu. I'll answer the three questions and submit the form.
Several minutes later I'll get a five digit numeric password from MIT
through e-mail. I'll go back to the same screen, answer the three
questions and put in the five digit password. Clicking on the submit
button brings up a screen that says "An Error Happened".

As far as I can tell I am following the instructions too the letter.
Why can't I download the product???

I've been trying to track this problem down for a while now.
Unfortunately, only a few people have reported it; most have no trouble
getting through, and I haven't been wholy unable to reproduce it for
myself.

My best guess is that you're using a firewall or web proxy (is this
true? If so, which one), and it's somehow mangling the form post.

If you can send me your phone number, the only way I can think to track
this down is for me to call you, and while I'm watching the logs in real
time, figure out what the heck your browser and/or web proxy server is
sending to our server.

I apologize for the incovenience; if you have a moment to channel your
frustrations, please consider sending a letter to your Congress-critter
tell him/her that Export Control of Cryptography is Just Wrong. :-)
