How is appl/telnet working? appl/ftp seems to define unix on AIX
platforms, but I don't see the equivalent in the telnet code.

Basically, I was auditing your #ifdef unix changes, and comparing it to
all the #ifdef unix instances previously in the tree. The two
aformentioned directories are untouched but use it.
