My last checkin is only a partial checkin for removing the use of
krb5_xfree from application code.
Ted, I did not remove those krb5_xfree instances that were related to
realm replacement, since you were going to be doing that part. I know
that slave/kprop.c and appl/bsd/kcmd.c require fixing.
