I have just completed the merge of libhack_branch. Just to be safe,
I've tagged the pre-merge and post-merge sources as libhack_premerge
and libhack_postmerge.
Some additional work could happen, such as generating the Windows
object file lists for various libraries using suffix substitution.
This would prevent drifts between the Windows and Unix object lists.
Also, an amusing sidenote... for some odd reason appl/popper/Imakefile
tried to make a reappearance. It has been killed.
