No, I'm not aware of any efforts in-progress to port Kerberos V5 to
OS/2.  We don't currently have any OS/2 systems available to us, so we
won't be able to test such a port.  However, if you send patches back to
us, assuming that they aren't too ugly and onerous to merge into the
source base, we can certainly try to integrate in your patches.
