We have discovered a critical problem with the send-pr distribution
that we package with this latest snapshot; the address that bug
reports are sent to is incorrect. Please do not build any binary
distributions until we rectify this problem, after which we will
release a new 1.0 release candidate. Hopefully we will be able to
issue the new tarballs before Monday.
