Argh!! I just checked the send-pr in the tree, and it looks like a
"GNATS_ADDR=bugs" crept in there.  Unfortunately this will require a
thaw, and Ted has left for the IETF already.  Sam, do you know how to
deal with the send-pr problem?  I believe what happened is that the
bogus variable crept into the send-pr.sh that lives in
/afs/net.mit.edu/project/gnats/share/gnats/dist by accident, thus
causing mkdist to lose.
