[2086] in Kerberos_V5_Development
Is there a problem in the send-pr we install?

I installed what I thought was send-pr from the release and tried
submitting a pr.
a) The report went to bugs - not krb5-bugs or anything like that.
b) If I understand the logic here - for someone to use send-pr from
outside MIT, they will need to modify the send-pr script to know about
the @mit.edu....
I hope I am overlooking something obvious here...
