Cygnus has an interest in keeping these separate, since most of our
Kerberos V5 customers are installing fresh. In the interest of keeping
our diffs to a minimum, how about if we make it an include file, which
is included in install.texinfo, and which we at Cygnus can make our own
wrapper for?
I actually suspect we may want to keep the V4->V5 document separate for
the same reasons as Cygnus. If Krb5 is really successful, the number of
sites adopting Krb5 from scratch will be much larger than those who need
to convert from Krb4.
