Critical bug found in the 1.0 release....

We found a nasty bug which forced us to unthaw the 1.0 release and fix a
bug which prevented telnet from working (at all, even without Kerberos
authentication) under Digital Unix. Grumble, grumble; a badly done
Netbsd/Alpha portability fix, combined with really a brain-damaged
coding style in the Berkeley telnet code, was the cause of the problem.

Tom has checked in a fix, which I am currently testing on a number of
different platforms; if that works, I'll make a new source tarball and
put it up in /mit/krb5/1.0-release for our internal builders.

The release of the new 1.0 candidate release to our external testers
will have to be delayed another day, until tomorrow.

Sorry about that....
