I committed half of this to the krb5-appl trunk in May when you
submitted this as a bug report. I deferred the utilities.c portion at
that time (I'm honestly not sure why; probably because the format
strings are "almost" constant, but that doesn't matter to -Wformat);
I've committed it now.
