Okay, three more stumbling blocks:
1. No asprintf.
2. No strndup.
3. The ancient glib I have installed doesn't return a value from
g_main_context_ref(), so you get:
verto-glib.c:55: error: void value not ignored as it ought to be
I'm testing on a pretty old Solaris 10 install which hasn't been updated
in years.
Possibly more issues when the tests can link, and when I build other
dependency event libraries.
