Beta 7 release plans

Hi all,
My current plans is to try to get Beta 7 out shortly after Labor
Day --- thus (mostly) keeping our original promise to get Beta 7 out
by September 1st.
I think we are actually pretty close to that goal, modulo some
final polishing nits. To that end, I'd like to ask everyone to take a
look at /mit/krbdev/post-merge-issues, which is a copy of Marc's
document from /mit/marc/projects/krb5/post-merge-issues.
I've made a first cut of putting those things which I know to be
completely done on the "DONE" list. There are a number of other things
which I think are mostly done, but since I wasn't sure that they were
completely resolved, I left them where they were. There are also a
number of items which we will probably just leave as unresolved for the
Beta 7 release.
If you could look over that list, especially items that have
your name next to them, and send me items which you know are done, or
other comments, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!
