I'd support a style change permitting both the /* prototype/prototype.c
- very important code*/ And One of the doxygen varients depending on
whether we do autobrief or not. I'm too sleepy (about to get on a plane
to china) to go figure out a recommendation on autobrief right now.
Rationale: You use the doxygen varient when you want doxygen on for that
file otherwise not.
I'll also need to figure out a recommendation for where the long
comments for the file go.
Presumably in an @file block later.
Perhaps @file is not explicitly required.
