Thank you for your response.
I am using krb5 earlier then 1.4 that provided by the Linux OS.
Can you please  recommend what are the best functions to use instead?

Those functions were added in krb5 1.5.  Is it possible that your client
is loading libkrb5 from krb5 1.4 or earlier?
