The GSS-API ftpd should have command-line options that allow it to
require the client to use integrity or encryption for the command and
data channels.  This would correspond to krlogind's and krshd's
ability to require an encryption session.  (I can't say whether
telnetd can currently require encryption as I can't get it to work at
all :-).
