It's really, really out of date. Like, we added the krb5_get_init_creds
APIs in 1997 and those API docs don't mention it (and still describe the
deprecated krb5_get_in_tkt APIs instead).
This is obviously a bad situation, and we would love to fix it; it has
mostly been a matter of balancing limited resources between that and
other priorities. It seems likely that when we do bring resources to
bear to improve the situation, we will use Doxygen rather than bringing
the texinfo API documentation up to date.
