Okay kdb5_edit according to Barry is the wrong thing to ever use and
should be removed. (My wording)
Below is a list of places that make reference to kdb5_edit.
There are two clases.... Documentation refreences that need changing,
one script (with kprop) and various files from the OV testing suite.
Assuming the first set is taken care of quickly - can we nuke kdb5_edit?
