No.  I have no idea offhand how hard it would be to make it do so.  I
suspect it wouldn't be that tough, but until I think about it I won't
know.

Does the KDC really support this?

   Do we care if it doesn't? (I.E. Do we plan tosupport that long term?)

Well, I certainly don't care.  :-)  How often is it that a site wants
to support multiple realms from the same KDC *and* cares that the
databases are stored in separate files?  I can think of some odd
cases, but I don't think we have to support them, and those cases
could also be supported via kprop and grep.
