Currently, the [realms] section in kdc.conf contains a lot of stuff
that is not really per-realm and should be in [kdcdefaults] or
[kadminddefaults]. This is probably my fault, as I really didn't
understand the configuration file system when I wrote kadm5's
configuration parameter stuff.
