When it worked, kdb5_edit used to allow you to set attributes
like allow post-dated or allow-forwardable on a ticket. Is it
intentional that there is no way of setting these attributes in the
new admin system, or just a non-yet-implemented feature, or a problem
with my reading of the docs?
