There are test for the new admin system, but they require some weird
machinations to run, since they require a special gmake, and don't
deal with the krb5 build system at all.

If you make your build tree on kangaroo writeable to me, I can run the
tests, and set stuff up so you can, too.

Cygnus will be porting the admin tests to work smoothly in the tree;
that work will be folded into the mit release.
