I don't see a replacement for kadm5_keytab -change in kadmin.

-add and -change are exact synonyms in kadm5_keytab.

This is wrong. The default keytab for kadm5_keytab (and the kt
commands in kadmin) should be the same as everywhere else, namely,
$KRB5_KTNAME, or the compiled-in global default. Remember, no
   hard-coded pathnames.

Ah, for the simple old days of product development, when we could just
decide on The Right Way to do things and make the product do it that
way, instead of assuming that all our customers were engineers that
are more interested in configuration and tweaking (like we are) than
in just using the system in the standard manner.
