All the files are checked in, except for lib/kdb/kdb_dbm.c, which is barry's changes to the database layer to work around the locking problem. I'll let him check this in. Marc P.S. util/db2 is now in the repository on the OV_9510_INTEGRATION branch. If someone wants to migrate it onto the mainline, feel free.
