For no particularly good reason, I seem to be on a paper mailing list
for cryptography standards drafts written by people at Cylink. I
recently received Draft 6.0 of ANSI X9.52 TDEA Modes of Operation from
Bill Lattin. It is in my/Ted's office if anyone wants to copy it
(which I assume is legal, since the cover letter invites comments).
